1 c. sugar
1 c. white syrup
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. peanut butter
6 c. Special K cereal

Bring first 3 ingredients to boil, add peanut butter and mix in Special K, one cup at a time. Put in a greased 9"x13" pan. Frost while bars are still warm. FROSTING: Melt 6 ounce bag of chocolate chips and a 6 ounce bag of butterscotch chips.
