GAZPACHO 
1 can tomato soup
1 soup can cold water
1 sm. can tomato juice (individual size)
1 (11.5 oz.) can Spicy Hot V-8 juice
1 1/2 tbsp. olive oil
2 tbsp. wine vinegar
1/8 tsp. red pepper (opt.)
Salt & pepper to taste
2 tsp. garlic powder to taste
1 tomato, peeled & chopped
1 cucumber, cut in sm. pieces
3 or 4 stalks of celery, chopped
2 tbsp. chopped ripe olives
1 avocado, cut in sm. pieces
1/2 bunch green onions, chopped

Mix all ingredients together and chill. Good as an appetizer or main dish. This recipe makes 12 (4 ounce) servings.
