SOUR CREAM RAISIN BARS 
1 3/4 c. quick oatmeal
1 3/4 c. flour
1 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. baking soda
1 c. softened butter

FILLING:

2 eggs, beaten
1 1/2 c. sugar
3 tbsp. cornstarch
2 c. cultured sour cream
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. raisins

Mix first 5 ingredients together. Reserve 2 cups for top. Pat rest into 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake 13 minutes at 350 degrees. Put raisins in boiling water for a few minutes. Drain and dry well with paper towel.

Mix filling ingredients and bring to a boil slowly. Boil 5-10 minutes until thick, stirring constantly. Pour over baked crust and top with remaining crumbs. Bake 17-20 minutes at 350 degrees.
