CAREY'S DEVILED EGGS 
1/2 dozen eggs
2 tbsp. mayonnaise
2 tsp. mustard, ordinary yellow kind
1/4 tsp. prepared horseradish
1 1/2 tsp. sugar (optional)
2 tbsp. sweet pickle relish, well drained
1/4 tsp. sweet pickle relish juice
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
Pinch celery seed
Good dash black and red peppers
Good dash of nutmeg
Green olives stuffed with pimento
Paprika

Hard cook the eggs. Remove shells and slice in half. Separate yolks from whites and mash until very creamy with no lumps. Then add remaining ingredients except for olives and paprika. Stuff whites with yolk mixture either by spoon or a pastry bag. Garnish with green olive slices and paprika.
