ALMOST DEVIL EGGS (FAT FREE,
CHOLESTEROL FREE)
 
12 hard-boiled eggs
1 puffed popcorn snack patty
2 tbsp. fat free mayonnaise or salad dressing
1/2 tsp. prepared mustard
2 tsp. parsley
Salt and pepper to taste
A few pickles or sweet relish or whatever you like in your devil eggs
Onion (optional)

DECORATIONS:

Paprika
Sprigs of parsley
Sprinkles of basil or nothing

Cut the eggs in half and throw out the yolk. Take 6 halves and mince them with a fork until fine. Crumble half of popcorn patty into egg mixture. Stir in rest of ingredients until a nice filler develops.

NOTE: If you use a lot of pickles or juicy ingredients you will need to use more of the popcorn patty to absorb the liquid.

Fill remaining halves with filler and refrigerate at least 1 hour. This allows juices to be absorbed and filler to set. Taste filler and modify ingredients to fit your taste buds.
