SWEET -N- SOUR PORK RIBS 
3 lbs. ribs
2/3 c. brown sugar
2/3 c. vinegar
2 tbsp. cornstarch
2 tsp. dry mustard
1 c. pineapple chunks
1/2 c. ketchup
1/2 c. water
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 bell pepper, chopped
2 sliced carrots

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Brown ribs in oven for 30 minutes at 400 degrees. Drain fat. Salt and pepper ribs. Mix all ingredients together and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Stir mixture and cook for another 30 minutes.

NOTE: Chicken may be substituted for pork.
