CANDIED NUTS 
4 c. pecans
2 c. sugar
4 tbsp. water
2 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. cinnamon

Bake pecans at 250 degrees for 8 minutes. Bring to a rapid boil the sugar, water, vanilla and cinnamon.

Put nuts in cooled mixture and spread on a lightly greased cookie sheet and cool.
