CANDIED NUTS 
3 c. shelled nuts
1 c. sugar
1/4 c. Pet milk
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. cinnamon

1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. sugar

1/4 c. Pet milk diluted with 2 tsp. water

Bring to a boil, stirring constantly, until a few drops form a soft ball when dropped into a glass of cold water. Remove from heat. Add vanilla and nuts and stir until mixture can no longer be stirred. Turn out on waxed paper and separate the nuts with 2 forks. Let cool. Store in airtight plastic container.
