ORIENTAL CHICKEN SALAD 
3 chicken breasts, cubed and stir-fried
2 tbsp. toasted sesame seed
2 oz. toasted slivered almonds
1 pkg. prepared coleslaw mix
2 green onions, chopped
1 pkg. per serving of oriental flavored ramen noodles, uncooked and crumbled
seasoning packets from noodles
3 tbsp. sugar (times the number of seasoning packets)
3 tbsp. vinegar (times the number of seasoning packets)
1/2 cup oil (can use up to one cup for six packets)

Mix and pour over salad. Let stand at least four hours. Enjoy, especially on a hot summer day.
