BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
2 pkg. frozen broccoli
1 c. Velveeta cheese, cubed
2 sticks butter
1 1/2 c. Ritz cracker crumbs

Cook broccoli as directed on package. Add one cup Velveeta cheese and one stick butter. Cover and let set until butter and cheese are melted. Melt one stick butter in small saucepan. Add cracker crumbs to melted butter. Mix well. Pour broccoli into casserole and top with crumbs.

Bake 20 to 30 minutes at 350°F. May be made one day before it is baked.
