BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
2 pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 c. mayonnaise
1 c. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
2 eggs, beaten
1 roll Town House crackers
3/4 stick butter, melted

Cook broccoli and chop if needed. Combine first five ingredients together and pour into casserole dish sprayed with Pam cooking spray. Crush crackers in hand and pour melted butter over them. Stir to cover crackers well with butter.

Bake for 30 minutes at 350°F. Do not cover.

Serves 4 to 6 people.
