MARY'S BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
2 lg. fresh heads broccoli flowers, tender stems only
1 (8 oz.) pkg. Velveeta cheese
1 stick butter, melted
1/2 stick butter
2 sleeves Ritz crackers, finely crushed

Mix together 1 stick melted butter with finely crushed cracker crumbs. Put in bottom of greased baking pan. Reserve some crumbs for top. Steam broccoli. Drain. Put in pan on top of crumbs.

Mix 1/2 stick butter and Velveeta in small saucepan. Heat on low until blended and smooth. Pour cheese sauce over broccoli in pan. Top with remaining buttered crumbs. Bake 20 minutes in 350 degree oven.
