CHICKEN BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
1 - 10 oz. pkg. frozen broccoli (or if using fresh, cook first)
3 tbsp. butter
3 tbsp. flour
1 c. chicken broth
1 - 4 oz. can mushrooms, with juice
1 lb. cooked chicken
2 tbsp. chopped parsley
2 tbsp. bread crumbs

Cook broccoli. Mix butter and flour in sauce pan. Cook briefly over medium heat. Then blend in the chicken broth, stirring constantly until smooth. Stir in mushrooms and liquid. Season to taste. Place the broccoli in a shallow pan. Cover with sliced or cut up chicken pieces. Pour mushroom sauce over all. Top with parsley and bread crumbs.

Bake uncovered at 375°F for 15-25 minutes or until bubbly.
