OVEN OMELET 
10 slices bacon, browned and drained
1/4 c. chopped onion, sauteed
8 eggs
1 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt
Dash pepper
1/4 tsp. marjoram
1/4 tsp. basil
2 1/2 c. Monterey Jack or Swiss cheese, shredded

Preheat oven to 350°F. Mix everything together in casserole except cheese. Bake for 35 to 40 minutes. Add cheese on top the last 5 minutes.
