OVEN BAKED OMELET 
6 eggs
1 c. diced ham
1/4 c. diced onion
1 c. shredded cheese
2 tbsp. butter
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper

Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Melt butter in cast iron skillet. Beat eggs, add salt, pepper, onion, ham, 1/2 cheese and garlic powder. Mix well. Tip skillet so bottom and sides are coated with butter. Pour egg mixture into skillet. Cover with rest of cheese. Bake for 20 to 30 minutes. Check for doneness after 20 minutes by putting knife in middle and if it is not runny and eggs cooked all the way it is done.
