OVEN-BAKED SPANISH OMELET | |
5 eggs 2 c. cooked cubed potatoes 1 onion, chopped fine 1 green pepper 12 green stuffed olives, sliced 1/2 tsp. salt 4 oz. cooked ham, cubed Beat eggs until fluffy. Fold in remaining ingredients. Spray a round cake pan with Pam or square baking dish. Spoon in omelet mixture. Bake in preheated oven at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes or until eggs are set. Cut into wedges to serve. Serves 4 at 229 calories each. |
