10 slices bacon, fried, drained and broken 8 eggs, scrambled 1 c. milk 1/2 tsp. salt Dash of pepper, basil and marjoram 2 1/2 c. cheese (Mozzarella or Monterey Jack) You don't have to use this much cheese. Butter casserole. Make night before. Put in oven in morning. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes. |
