CHICKEN DELIGHT 
16 oz. frozen broccoli, cook until tender, drain
3 lb. cooked chicken, deboned & cut up
1 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded
1 tsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. curry powder
1/2 c. Italian bread crumbs

Put broccoli on bottom of a loaf cake pan, 9 x 14 inch. Cover with chicken. Combine soup, cheese, curry powder and mayonnaise. Spread over chicken. Top with bread crumbs. Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
