CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
2 pkgs. frozen baby broccoli, cooked to desired tenderness
4-6 chicken breasts, boiled & cut up
2 cans cream of chicken soup
8 oz. carton sour cream
1/2 c. sharp cheddar cheese, grated
1 roll Ritz crackers
1/2 c. melted butter

Place broccoli in bottom of 13"x9" casserole. Put chicken over broccoli. Mix soup and sour cream together and pour over meat and broccoli. Sprinkle with cheese. Top with crushed Ritz crackers and pour melted butter over this. Bake at 350 degrees for approximately 30 minutes.
