FISH CHOWDER 
1 pkg. frozen fish fillets (cod or haddock)
1 pkg. langostinos (sea legs or shrimp may be used)
1 lg. can broiled mushrooms
1 can evaporated milk
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/4 lb. butter
1/2 c. white wine

Heat butter and wine and add fish fillets cut up. Simmer for 10 minutes. Add all other ingredients and simmer 15 to 30 minutes. Make day ahead of serving. Garnish with chopped parsley and paprika.
