NO PEEK CHICKEN 
2 c. Minute Rice
1 1/2 c. milk
1 chicken (cut up)
1 can cream of celery soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 pkg. dry onion soup mix

Mix the Minute Rice, milk, cream of celery soup and cream of mushroom soup and put in greased 9x13 inch pan. Lay raw chicken pieces on top. Sprinkle dry onion soup mix over all. Cover with foil. Bake two hours at 350 degrees F. Don't peek until done.

This recipe is also good with pearl barley in place of rice. Can also use 1/4 cup soy sauce in place of onion soup mix.
