NO PEEK CHICKEN AND RICE 
3/4 c. uncooked reg. rice
1 can (10 3/4 oz.) condensed cream of celery, chicken or mushroom soup
1 env. onion soup mix
2 1/4 c. water
2 to 2 1/2 lbs. chicken, cut into serving pieces

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In three-quart oblong baking dish, combine uncooked rice, condensed cream of celery soup and onion soup mix blended with water. Arrange chicken on soup mixture. Bake 1 to 1 1/4 hours or until chicken is tender and rice is done. Makes about 4 servings.
