CHICKEN SORRENTO 
2 1/2 lb. boneless chicken breasts
2 tbsp. butter
1 med. onion, diced
1 clove garlic, diced
1/2 c. sliced mushrooms
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
1/2 c. diced tomatoes (fresh or canned)
1 can (10 oz.) cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c. dry white wine (or chicken broth)
1/2 tsp. Italian seasoning
1/2 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese

Brown chicken in butter. Place in baking dish. Saute onion, garlic, mushrooms and green pepper. Add tomatoes, soup, wine and Italian seasonings. Heat and pour over chicken. Top with cheese and bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes.

Can make in morning and refrigerate for a busy day. Great meal to take to a sick friend or new mother.

Serve with rice, noodles or spaghetti.
