CHICKEN PARISIAN 
1 can Campbell's golden mushroom soup
3/4 c. white or red wine
4 to 6 chicken breasts (boneless, skinless preferable)
Pepper
8 oz. sour cream
Diced onions and sliced mushrooms (optional)

Place chicken breasts in baking dish, 8 x 8 inch. Mix together soup and wine and pour over chicken. Pepper (add diced onion or extra mushrooms on the top). Bake at 325 degrees for approximately 1 hour 15 minutes. When chicken is done, take chicken out and place the breasts aside. Add sour cream to sauce in baking dish. Place chicken back in dish and keep warm. Serve over rice.
