SNICKERDOODLE COOKIES 
2 3/4 c. flour
2 tsp. cream of tartar
1 c. butter
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
2 eggs

Beat until light and creamy. Add dry ingredients and mix thoroughly. Chill 1-2 hours. Roll teaspoon of dough into balls; roll in a mixture of 2 tablespoons sugar and 2 teaspoons cinnamon. Place 2 inches apart on ungreased baking sheet. Bake 8-10 minutes in 400°F oven.
