PATTI'S POTATO CASSEROLE 
1 (32 oz.) pkg. frozen hash browns
1/2 c. melted real butter
2 c. grated cheddar cheese
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. salt
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of chicken soup
1/2 c. chopped onion
2 c. sour cream (16 oz.)
2 c. corn flakes, crushed
1/4 c. melted butter

In a large bowl, combine all ingredients, except corn flakes and 1/4 cup melted butter, and blend well. Transfer to a greased 9 x 13 casserole dish. Top with corn flakes and melted butter mixed together.

Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Serves 6-8 healthy appetites.
