HASH BROWN POTATO CASSEROLE 
2 pkgs. frozen hash browns, thawed (4 patties each pkg.)
1 stick butter
1 can cream of chicken soup
8 oz. shredded cheddar cheese
1 pt. sour cream
1 tsp. salt
Pinch garlic
1/2 c. chopped onion
2 c. corn flakes, crushed

Mix everything except butter. Pour into greased casserole. Melt butter and pour over ingredients in casserole. Sprinkle corn flakes over casserole and bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees.
