CHEESY BEEF'N POTATO CASSEROLE 
1 lb. ground beef
4 Okrays hash brown potato patties
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen peas and carrots
1 (11 oz.) can Cheddar cheese soup
1/4 c. milk
2 tbsp. oil

Brown ground beef in skillet; drain fat. Put beef into a 1 1/2 quart casserole. Break 3 frozen hash brown patties into pieces; place on top of ground beef. Add peas and carrots. Mix Cheddar soup with milk and pour over casserole. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 45 to 60 minutes until warmed through.

MICROWAVE DIRECTIONS: Cover casserole with waxed paper or plastic wrap. Microwave on High for 10 to 12 minutes. Rotate one-quarter turn half way through cycle.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
