CREAM CHEESE CUPCAKES 
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 egg
1/3 c. sugar
1/8 tsp. salt
1 (6 oz.) bag chocolate chips
3 c. flour
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
2 c. sugar
1/2 c. cocoa
2 tsp. vanilla
2/3 c. oil
2 c. water
2 tbsp. vinegar

Mix first 4 ingredients then add chocolate chips. Set aside.

Mix other ingredients for cupcake batter. Fill cupcakes 1/2 full, then top with 1 tablespoon cream cheese mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes.
