CREAM CHEESE CUPCAKES 
3 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
5 eggs
1 c. sugar
24-30 vanilla wafers
Cherry pie filling

SOUR CREAM MIXTURE:

1 c. sour cream
1/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Have cream cheese at room temperature. Cream with eggs and sugar. Place 1 vanilla wafer in paper baking cup flat side down. Place in muffin tin. Fill cup 3/4 full of cream cheese mixture. Bake at 375 degrees for 20 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes. These will fall and form depression in middle. Put about 1 tablespoon sour cream mixture in each cup and bake 5 minutes longer. Refrigerate until firm. Remove from cups. Spoon small amount of pie filling on top. Refrigerate.
