DONNA'S CREAM CHEESE CUPCAKES 
3 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese, softened
5 eggs
1 pt. sour cream
1 1/2 c. sugar
Cherry (or other flavor) pie filling

Mix cheese, eggs and 1 cup sugar until creamy. Fill foil cupcake holders 2/3 full. Bake in 325 degree oven for 30 minutes. Mix sour cream and 1/2 cup sugar. Cover top of baked cakes. Bake at 325 degrees for 5-6 minutes. Remove and top with cherries (3 per cake). Refrigerate and serve cold.
