CHOCOLATE CREAM CHEESE CUPCAKES 
1 1/2 c. unsifted flour
1 c. sugar
1/4 c. cocoa
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. water
1/2 c. vegetable oil
1 tbsp. white vinegar
1 tsp. vanilla

FILLING:

Beat together:

1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 egg
1/2 c. sugar

Beat until smooth. Stir in:

1 c. (6 oz.) semi-sweet chocolate mini pieces

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

2. Prepare filling.

3. Sift flour, sugar, cocoa, salt and baking soda.

4. Combine water, oil, vinegar and vanilla in small bowl. Stir into flour mixture until blended.

5. 1/2 fill mini or regular muffin tins. Make well in middle and fill with spoon of filling. Bake 30 minutes for regular, 10 for mini's.
