CREAM CHEESE CHOCOLATE CHIPS
CUPCAKES
 
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/3 c. sugar
1 egg
1 c. mini chocolate chips

MIXTURE II:

1 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 c. sugar
1 c. water
1/2 to 1 c. mini chocolate chips; optional
1/4 c. cocoa
1 tsp. vinegar
1/3 c. oil
1 tsp. vanilla

Combine dry ingredients, then mix in liquids; mix well. Fill paper muffin cups barely half full of second set of ingredients. Add 1 tablespoon of first set of ingredients on top of each. Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes. Makes 18.
