EADIE'S CREAM CHEESE CHOCOLATE
CHIP COOKIES
 
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1/2 c. unsalted butter, softened
1/2 c. lightly salted butter, softened
3/4 c. sugar
3/4 c. dark brown sugar, firmly packed
1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla
2 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
12 oz. bag chocolate chips
1 c. chopped nuts (optional)

Cream cheese, butter and sugars. Add egg and vanilla. Combine dry ingredients. Fold into creamed mixture. Stir in chips and nuts. Bake at 350 degrees for 8 to 10 minutes.
