VEGETABLE-CHEESE QUICHE 
1 deep dish pie crust, frozen
3 eggs
3/4 - 1 c. milk
1/2 bag frozen vegetables
8 oz. shredded cheese (best if 4 oz. of 2 kinds)

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Thaw vegetables and drain well. Beat in eggs and milk. Add veggies and cheese. Gently mix together. Pour into crust. Bake 45 minutes - 1 hour. Serve with salad and rolls.
