MANDARIN ORANGE CAKE 
3 boxes butter cake mix
12 eggs
1 1/2 c. oil
4 c. fruit and juice, broken or segments
12 oz. instant vanilla pudding
4 (10 1/2 oz.) cans crushed pineapple, drained
2 qts. nutrifil

Do not top soft and bland with orange pieces.

In mixer combine cake mix, beaten eggs and oil. Blend in broken orange segments until mixture is moistened, about 2 minutes. Pour mixture into lightly greased and floured trays.

Bake until cake springs back when lightly touched. Let cool. Put pineapple in a large bowl. Sprinkle with instant pudding and mix. Fold in whipped topping. Ice cake when cool. Refrigerate until serving time.
