ROSEMARY'S VEGETABLE SANDWICHES 
Chop:

2 or 3 carrots
1/2 bell pepper
2 stalks celery
1 cucumber
1/2 sm. onion

Cream:

1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
2 tbsp. mayonnaise
Pinch salt
1/8 tsp. lemon juice

Add chopped ingredients to creamed mixture. Blend well. Serve on your favorite bread. Keeps well in refrigerator for 2 weeks in airtight container.
