CARROTS WITH ROSEMARY 
3 1/2 c. carrots, cooked (not too much)
2 sticks celery, chopped
2 tbsp. green onions
1 tbsp. rosemary
1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1 can mushroom soup
3 tbsp. cottage cheese

Mix and bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
