1/4 c. plus 1 tbsp. Hershey's cocoa
1/2 c. sugar
Dash salt
1/3 c. hot water
1 qt. milk
3/4 tsp. vanilla

Combine cocoa, sugar and salt in medium saucepan; blend in water. Bring to boil over medium heat stirring constantly; boil and stir 2 minutes. Add milk, stir and heat to serving temperature. Remove from heat; add vanilla.
