1 c. cocoa
1 1/2 c. sugar
Dash of salt
1 c. hot water
2 tsp. vanilla

Mix cocoa, sugar and salt. Add water, small amount at first to make a paste, then the rest. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Boil 3 minutes. Add vanilla and pour at once into jar. When cool, store in cool place.
