COCOA-CREAM MUESLI COOKIES 
4 oz unsalted butter
1/4 cup raw sugar
1/4 cup treacle, or golden syrup
1 egg
1 cup self-rising flour
1 cup muesli
9 oz soft cream cheese
3/4 cup icing sugar
1 tablespoon cocoa
1 teaspoon vanilla essence

Cream butter and sugar together until smooth and creamy. Beat in treacle and egg. Stir in flour and muesli until well combined.

Place heaped teaspoons of the mixture onto a baking tray.

Bake at 320 for 20 minutes. Allow to cool.

Beat the cream cheese, icing sugar, cocoa and vanilla essence until well combined.

Sandwich cookie together with the cocoa cream.
