9 c. flour 3 pkgs. yeast 1 1/2 c. scalded milk 1 1/2 c. cold water 2/3 c. sugar 2 tsp. salt 4 eggs, beaten 1/2 lb. butter, melted Put flour in bowl and make a well. Scald milk. Cool with cold water. Add sugar, salt, yeast, and eggs. Seal and burp lid. Wait for seal to break. Stir in melted butter. Seal and burp lid. Wait for seal to bread. Make into loaves, rolls or cinnamon rolls. Let rise until doubled. Bake at 350 degrees until brown. |
