TUPPERWARE ROLLS
My mother gave me this recipe for cinnamon rolls and I have not made them any other way since. It is so easy and they taste great.

STEP 1:

In a Tupperware bowl, measure 9 cups of flour. Make a well in the bottom.

STEP 2:

In another bowl beat 4 eggs with a fork. Add 1/2 cup sugar mixed with 2 packages of yeast, 1 1/2 cups scalded milk cooled with 1 1/2 cups water and 1 teaspoon salt. Pour this mixture into well in flour (DON'T MIX). Seal burp and set in warm water for 30 minutes. Seal should pop off.

STEP 3:

Add 2 sticks melted butter, mix well. Seal and burp, return to warm water for another 30 to 40 minutes.

STEP 4:

When seal pops the second time, knead 15 or 20 times or as needed and then prepare cinnamon rolls. Roll the dough out and cover with butter, sugar, cinnamon and nut and/or raisins as you desire. Bake for 30 minutes at 375 degrees. Makes about 3 pans of rolls.
