TUPPERWARE BREAD | |
Place 9 cups unsifted flour in a Tupperware Fix-N-Mix bowl. Make a well in the middle of the flour. In a large pan, scald 1 1/2 cups milk and add 1 1/2 cups cold water to cool. Add 2/3 cup sugar, 2 teaspoons salt, 4 beaten eggs and 2 packages dry yeast. Pour liquid into well. DO NOT MIX!!! Place seal on bowl and wait until it pops off (30 minutes). Melt 1/2 pound butter and add to dough mixture. Mix and add more flour and knead to proper consistency, not too stiff. Place seal back on bowl until it pops off (30 minutes). Make into loaves, let raise 25 minutes and bake at 375 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes. For wheat bread use 1 1/2 cups whole wheat flour and 7 1/2 cups white flour. |
