4 pkgs. strawberry Jello 2 pts. strawberry ice cream Fruit, fresh or frozen Prepare Jello with 7 cups liquid, all at one time. When cool and syrupy, whip with electric mixer at high speed until double in volume. Add ice cream and whip until smooth and creamy. Add fruit. Pour into sealed container and chill overnight if possible. NOTE: This can be varied with different flavors of Jello and ice cream. Chilled fruit juice may be substituted for some of water. You may find it easier to make it in two portions and have two different types, a layer effect. |
