TUPPERWARE NEVER FAIL PIE CRUST | |
2 c. all-purpose flour 1 c. Crisco, cut into 8-10 pieces 1 tsp. salt 1 whole egg 1 tbsp. vinegar 2 tbsp. water In large Tupperware bowl (with tight fitting lid) place flour, Crisco and salt. Set aside. In dressing shaker (or tightly covered container) shake egg, vinegar and water. Pour into bowl with flour, shortening and salt. Place lid on bowl, shake up and down until you hear a "thud". about 1 minute. Turn dough on lightly floured pastry sheet, knead 5-6 times. Divide dough into 1/2, roll out for pies. Makes 2 crusts. |
