PARMESAN CHEESE DIP 
1 c. mayonnaise
1 c. Parmesan cheese, fresh
1 (8 1/2 oz.) artichokes
1 (7 oz.) can mild chili peppers

Chop chili peppers in small pieces. Chop artichokes. Grate Parmesan cheese. Mix above ingredients with mayonnaise. Bake in shallow baking dish 10 to 15 minutes in a pre-heated oven at 375 degrees. Serve hot. Serve with nacho chips.
