ITALIAN SEASONING 
4 tbsp. oregano leaves
4 tbsp. rosemary leaves
2 tbsp. marjoram, ground
2 tbsp. basil leaves
2 tbsp. thyme, whole
1/2 tsp. rubbed sage
1 tsp. garlic

Mix all ingredients well. Store in glass jar. Shake before using. Makes about 1 cup seasoning.
