GROUND TURKEY WITH TOMATOES 
1 lb. ground turkey
1 sm. onion, diced
1 sm. bell pepper, diced
1 clove garlic
1 #2 can whole tomatoes
Butter flavor Pam

Brown ground turkey and drain. Saute vegetables in butter flavor Pam on very low heat. Add sauteed vegetables to turkey, then tomatoes and bring to a rapid boil. Reduce heat and simmer until liquid begins to thicken. Serve over toast, pasta or rice. Low in fat. Can be frozen.

Tasty, but with modifications: Even after adding the can of tomatoes, it was dry and not very saucy. I added an 8 oz. can of tomato sauce and a bit of Italian seasoning. Topped with shredded Parmesan cheese.

Found this to be a bit dry and bland. However, adding more tomato sauce of any kind remedies that. Needed extra seasoning also.

I used diced tomatoes w/ chipotle chilies and added some leftover cooked pinto beans. It was a hit at my house !!!

This is tasty! I add a little salt to the turkey when browning.

Optionally, add a 24 oz. or so jar of your favorite meatless spaghetti sauce.

Ive been looking for a simple recipe for Ground Turkey!! This worked out great. Added a few ingredients, some chopped up fresh basil, Pinch of salt/pepper and some fresh mozzarella (increases the fat but tastes great)
