SHRIMP DELIGHT 
2 lbs. raw shrimp
1 c. raw rice
1 1/2 sticks butter, melted
1 med. onion, chopped
1 bell pepper, chopped
1 can Rotel tomatoes, chopped
1 can onion soup
1 can cream of celery soup
Salt and pepper to taste

Mix all ingredients together. Place in casserole. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees, stirring after 30 minutes.
